Good system for what we need
The initial setup was pretty easy. The thing i like is adding new cameras is really easy. We got 2 additional ones and all I had to do was plug them in and they auto detected them. One of the cameras went down and I contacted support and they were very quick to send us a replacement. The software seems a bit basic on clunky when trying to view playback or back up other than that great!

Good Cameras
Limited range. Will come in and out of connectivity while being within range as advertised. Don’t like it will identify a person per se 70% of the time but won’t identify a vehicle.

Unsatisfied
Been using the camera system for this camera for almost 2 months. Having continuous video loss, I only live in a 3000 square feet home and experience video loss on all cameras here and their. Tried contacting customer service but it seams like they are always in a rush and don't take the time to troubleshoot the issue. The video quality can be improved. Setup is super easy so is installation. Will increase my review once I see improvements.
