Nice but the grooves are very deep.
I bought this the replace my nonstick griddle as the coating was coming off.As described but be aware the grooves are very deep.

It's the best way to griddle and a sturdy griddle pan
Grilling steak in a kitchen can be a messy business, even with an extractor fan fitted. This is the best and sturdiest griddle pan I've seen a good value for the price. It is seasoned cast iron and the cleaning instructions need to be followed.

Rubbish
This pan is not fit for purpose. I'm an experienced cook and seasoned the cast iron and brought it to high temperature before griddling steaks. All I got was 'broiled' mush and couldn't turn the steaks because they were stuck to the pan. Waste of money!
