You know how you buy something for a cat, and they never use it? Well, this lounger is not one of those things! I noticed one of my cats would sit on her plastic ball-chaser toy with a cardboard scratch pad in the center… I figured she likes to sit on the cardboard.So I found these cardboard cat loungers on Amazon, bought them, and both my cats love them! They lay on them practically all day. They also scratch the pad before they lay down. They lay on them curled up, but also stretched out on a hot summer day.My cats normally want to be on anything a few feet off the ground (tables, chairs, desks), but these cardboard loungers stay on the floor and my cats still use them all the time.I’m glad the set came with 2, because I have 2 cats, and they would definitely fight over these if there was just one. It’s also nice that it comes in a pack of 2 because I can put 1 in my office and 1 on the front porch.I’ve had these for about 1 year, and the cats have given them a LOT of use. The loungers are still holding up, though. The short sides have been busted down, but that’s fine— now the cats can really lay long ways if they want.They really love the long sloped up sides. They lean on those sides a lot. It’s just enough to cradle the cat, without the cat feeling too boxed in.I rate these 5/5, for sure. I’ll be buying more, and buying some for my friends’ cats too.

I bought this for the purpose of a scratching area, and it works wonderfully for that purpose and my cat loves using it. What I didn’t expect was that my cat would like it so much that she sits in it much of the day and sleeps in it too! The box itself has held up well and we are on our 3rd scratching pad, so almost time to order more. Please note that these cardboard scratch pads can be flipped over and used on both sides, so you can get a lot of use out of them before you have to replace them. Great purchase and well worth the cost.

I bought this when I began cat-sitting for my son's cat while he was on a 2-week vacation. His cat is an active, smart male cat, but he has been pretty bad about using the furniture as scratching posts. I unboxed this "chaise" and, for him it was love at first sight. He happily sleeps in it and, of course, occasionally exercises his paws/cl;aws by scratching it. But he really loves it. It's been a month now, and he's still attached to it. It's very sturdy and large enough to accommodate a large cat. It needs no catnip; he loves it for itself. This has been an excellent purchase.

I swear by these scratchers! We keep them in each room of our home, and each of our four cats utilize them. We have NO furniture or carpet scratching thanks to these bad boys. Bonus, they’re big enough for my 20lb big boy to lounge on comfortably as well!

My cats both fight over this scratcher. They take turns sleeping in it then waking up to scratch scratch scratch. So of coarse I had to buy another one so they each have there own without attacking the one another to get out....lol. I also bought a L-Shape one from a different company made from same materials and they love that as well. Something about the cardboard is more attractive to scratch than using their cat tree.

I was tired of buy less sturdy scratching pads so tried this. They are a bit expensive so would appreciate a multi pack discount

My cat loves it. Likes to sleep on it as well as using it as a scratching post.

Not much to say, I know my cat loves this more than an actual cat bed!
