The Genius Brand Pre 20 Servings Grape Limeade, 300 g

Having never used a pre-workout before, I was after something that wasn't going to damage my body and help improve gym performance. This product has helped with my gym performance and the nootropic effect has been noticeable to after a few weeks on it, I feel sharper in the mind with more clarify. Would definitely recommend.

this product really boost the body to prepare for workout. definitely worth the money spent on it. I bought it because it does not contain creatine and caffeine.

I will update this review in the future. I've used this preworkout about 3 times now and each time I didn't really notice any benefits while lifting. There's zero jitters with it which is nice and it is overall rather clean. I do take a caffeine pill with it. I do wished it had beta alanine in it, because the tingles are something I like.Ingredients seem solid, except the natural flavors. If you don't know about Natrual flavors I recommend you google them, they can have a lot of nasty stuff in them and not even list it as an active ingredient. So there are cleaner preworkouts out there but the problem with those is they are usually loaded with vitamin B12 - which B12 causes acne. This preworkout has none of that though which is awesome.Energy still not great, and I didn't get any out of the usual pumps while lifting either. I'm going to keep using this until it's gone before I give final judgment but I think i'm going to try something else maybe just a little more potent.

Second time trying the Genius Pre. First time was the sour apple and this time was the grape limeade. My husband and I really enjoyed the sour apple more. We definitely feel the itching after about 10-15mins of drinking it. Will purchase from this line again.
