I purchased this for my Kohler toilet. During my research I learned that seats are mostly round or oval and that they generally fit round or oval bowls. This oval one was the exact size. Instructions were understandable. It attached easily. The soft-close feature works nicely. It's a good product.

Easy installation and fit well. Like the slow close feature.

Easy to install, and good quality materials. After 3 months of functioning perfectly - and with light use (1 adult, no child household) , the soft close feature of the lid abruptly stopped working - and seat would close quickly and with noise. The seat would still do a soft close.I contacted Bemis, as it was out of the return window by that point. They immediately sent a new seat to replace this - as the soft-close functionality is part of what is sealed into the seat in the manufacturing process and can't be 'fixed'.So, while not thrilled the seat stopped doing what it is designed to do after 3 months, excellent customer service to make it good.

Very flimsy toilet seat. Seat closes so slowly that flush is completed and bowl has refilled. So unsanitary. Wanted a SOFT close not a slow close. Also, if you sit on the seat with the lid closed, the top will actually sink in. And we are not heavy people. Replacing immediately! Very disappointed.

This is a supposed to be a soft close seat, but it is the SLOWEST closing seat cover we have ever encountered. It is so ridiculously slow that we find ourselves prodding it along. It’s extremely annoying, but we already disposed of the old one & my husband has no interest in uninstalling it and reinstalling another. It takes so long to close that it’s already becoming a household joke. Not what we were looking for in. $55 toilet seat!
