First off the book is huge. So not something you can easily carry around on your travels or commute.Its all text. There are no images or illustrations and it just looks like its been run off a home printer and bound, with zero consideration for formatting or readability. Titles and headings appear at the bottom of pages, for instance, that relate to content on the following page.I started reading and wondered when the author would get to the point. I didn't get anything out of it - no new insights or revelations about fasting or menopause.I am over 50, in menopause and have been fasting on and off for around 10yrs. I wanted to get a book that related fasting to menopause and thought this book would be perfect for me from reading the title.Sadly it was not. So I'm returning it.
