It's has a very good taste and works well in marnades and in a stand a lone sauce.

Great! Once Mrs. Dash stopped making their marinade I needed a low salt alternative and this does the trick. Very good taste and consistency.

I am a Kosher and Gluten- Free consumer. I appreciate that this product fits both dietary needs. It also satisfies my appetite for Kosher Japanese food, which is not available to me where I live. The sauce is a little on the sweet side and would do the job just as well with less sugar.

It’s also the lowest sodium sauce I’ve ever seen. Flavor is good too. It’s good stuff! They should expand their low sodium options.

Enjoyable but not sweet and only good if you let it sit for a couple days

This is a very good sauce, great flavor, not many calories or sodium. Would buy again.

I have used it once on chicken and it gives it a great taste.
