Perfect and I love the colour

It’s an attractive kettle but it was a little smaller and more lightweight than we expected. However it works perfectly and is good value for money.

A really nice colour of paint and faux wood, with good grip and whistle works really well. I got this for top of the multifuel stove and over the christmas/new year hols, when fire was on every day, i just kept it going, filled it to do hot water bottles, fill the mop bucket, make flasks of hot water so always ready to have tea or take a flask out in the car, endless supply of hot water, to the situation where my visitors were suggesting I give the whistling kettle a rest :-) This was on a solid fuel stove at quite high temps at times, up to 400C at hottest. My paint has not discoloured, so far, as others reported on reviews. Wasn't an expensive item for its looks. Obv won't be lasting 40 yrs like the big heavy kettles but this is really good and if lasted a couple yrs I'd happily get another one. Obv you could use it on a gas hob too but not tried it for that.

Kettle looks nice just what I wanted.Unfortunately as a previous review mentioned after very first use the colour has bloomed into a pink colour .Very disappointed 😞

Not sure why, but after short use, we noticed yellow stuff inside. After boiling water, we noticed some weird fat inside. Please check your kettle

Love it, especially the whistle.

Just received, it is a very nice colour, true to the description. It holds a lot more than my previous kettle but doesn't appear to take any longer to boil, hoping that it won't change colour after a few uses as others have, the handle does get a little warm, so watch for that but otherwise first impressions are good .
