Easy to swallow
I have been using this product for a few weeks now and I believe it is of good quality. Its benefits include reducing my blood sugar, even though I did not change my diet or exercise routine. The Berberine capsule is easy to swallow, and it contains silymarin which enhances the delivery of Berberine. I have noticed an improvement since taking this supplement, and I have also recommended it to friends.

Recently diagnosed with PCOS. This supplement has been essential in managing my symptoms and helping me to feel like a regular human being again. No more fluctuating moods 3 weeks out of four, less bloating, cramps, pain.It’s not perfect, but with other supps (myo inositol and some adaptogens) alongside a plant based low carb diet, I’m feeling MUCH better.Took a few months to really kick in. I cycle the Berberinw to try to negate any potential side effects against my liver. On for eight weeks, off for 3. I take chromium or liquorice extract before meals on my off weeks.Hope this review helps others suffering from similar conditions. Be careful with your diet if you have PCOS. It’s linked to prediabetes and type 2 diabetes. So we want to manage our bodies before we get to that stage.

I am very happy with the outcome of this product.I can feel the difference how I feel after food when take one capsule before every meal I have during the day.Easy to swallow capsules.Only price could be a bit lower if you take them few daily.I eat twice a day so it last for a month for me and that is just fine.

I bought this due to constant bloating feeling and gaining weight very quickly. I am regularly gym goer. This has helped me maintain weight even during my holiday which has never happened to me before I always come back with half a stone. I had no side effects was taking it part of healthy eating. I have taken the whole bottle but when I went to purchase second bottle they was out of stock. So can’t comment about long term weight loss. However I bought from another company as this one wasn’t available and I tell u it had some nasty side effects. This is worth the money I have actually recommended this to few people.
