Big, soft, adorable!
Like a lot of plushies on Amazon, this one came shrink wrapped, but it was a BRICK. It is stuffed well enough to be cuddly without being excessively floppy, and despite being vacuum sealed, it fluffed up just fine without evidence of wrinkles. Fabric is softer than expected and the design is cute! I now have this plush in two different sizes, and I love both!

The media could not be loaded. it’s so cute and fluffy.i was a little disappointed it isn’t that big, but i love it either way, in the video is a size comparison with an ordinary jansport backpack. this is for the gray 35 inch plush.the product did arrive, it arrived in a very flat box since it came vacuum sealed but once u take it out u need to fluff the cotton out.

Excellent customer service
I made the inital order and the company contacted me the following day, asking if I'd like to cancel it because they had some in stock in a US warehouse instead of having it sent from overseas. I would just have to cancel the order and redo it so they could send me one from the US for faster shipping. I wasn't sure at first but I did as they suggested. They refunded me within 2 hours of cancelation and the item shipped from the US location the next day. That was really nice of them. It arrived on my best friend's door just a day later and she was so happy with how cute and well-made it is.

It comes vacuum sealed and almost looks like a block of clay, will need some aggressive fluffing to get it back into shape but it's cute and very soft
