What a disaster of a gift this was. Item was described as a "3D personalised ornament" not as it should be, a "3D covered in plastic film which you have to remove and then assemble and glue yourself personalised ornament". We had to take the plastic of each side of the 3 pieces of the ornament which wasn't easy, it said the protective cover is left on so plastic doesn't scratch which I could understand for the front and back faces but not all 6 sides. As we don't keep glue in the house I used double sided tape but by the time my friend received the gift the pieces had come apart which was very embarrassing. So, I've had to go and buy some glue, why should I have to, and the tube won't be used again so I might as well put it straight in the bin and because some of the glue has oozed out one one section it all looks very shabby. Yes my fault the glue oozed out but as it didn't stick first time I probably over compensated but was so angry the supplier expected the customer to do the job anyway I just feel like chucking it in the bin. Disgraceful!!!UPDATE:When seller realised there was a problem with this item it was immediately replaced so would highly recommend this seller.

I confess to being a bit disappointed but someone has had to personalise it and that makes it special. Good price and fair quality, I think the black background in the illustration makes it look more attractive than I found it.

Really nice bauble. The text is clear. Not all parts came with my order but the seller shipped the missing parts to me quickly.Would recommend to a friend.I added some glitter glue to mine to jazz them up a bit but They are just as nice without.

Absolutely incredible item, incredibly happy with it and it was sent to me very fast! I wasn't sure what to expect but I am so happy that I bought it. The only problem I could fault the seller with would only be feedback from the seller, I expected an answer but I didn't get a response. Overall though I would definitely this seller, for this item alone, it's perfect for the tree and it looks great with all the other decorations.

This is my second year ordering these.Quality is lovely. If the kids play with them they can't be broken! Perfect for what we needed and the design means they can use them forever without them being babyish. Simple yet precisely what's needed. These come really well packaged.

Brilliant product, would definitely recommend. comes in 2 pieces, so my son has decided to put them up as 2 Separate decorations, as both show his name and look good. Actually bigger than I thought they would be, so very happy. Well worth the money I paid. Already friends have asked where I got them from
