Love this supplement
This has really helped lower my glucose, and weight. I feel good, and happy to not be on meds for diabetes. Do your own research of course, not advocating what anyone else should take

Since I started taking these I have lost weight. It seems like it suppresses my appetite. The only negative is that the capsules have a very strong plastic taste. For the moment they’re in my mouth before swallowing, they taste awful. But, overall happy with this purchase as I do feel they are helping with my weight loss journey.

Great product!!
I was a little skeptical to order this product. Even though I like Puritans Pride.All I can say I'm so glad I found it. Combine with diabetes meds it works wonders. I saw my blood sugar dropped from 300 fasting to 151. I also take cinnamon pills. I'm hoping to drop it below 100. I will definitely order again.
