Excelent way of doing your own cheese. The taste is awesome, depending of the milk - use a fat one, as natural as possible for a natural taste of the cheese, otherwise you will get a chemical one - if the milk is too processed or boiled too much. Do not put too many Fromase50 in the milk, just respect the procedure. To help the chemical work, we are adding a spoon of yogurt (Greek yogurt, Romanian yogurt or any other East European yogurts - the Western ones are too processed and are loosing in this way the natural bacteria that we need for the cheese. They are also altering the taste of the cheese).Good luck! 😊
