Bought as birthday present for foodie friend as have one of these myself. Easy to use and takes the guess work out of cooking using the temperature chart in booklet provided. Since using cakes are cooked through( even though I am experienced cook!) steaks cooked perfectly and large joints can be cooked just right. Easy to clean this is a great bit of kit!

I'd be lost without it; I broke the previous one by opening up too widely and breaking something inside, so be warned.
