During tomato season, I often make a no-cook tomato pasta sauce which includes lots of julienned basil leaves. The classic "easiest" manual way to julienne basil is to stack the leaves, roll them up like a cigar, and slice them thinly across. This gets tedious fast when using a lot of leaves. With the herb scissors, I simply cut up the leaves and they are julienned for me automatically. I found I can't do more than about two layers of leaves at one time or too much leafy matter gets stuck and doesn't cut well, but the cutting goes so fast that doesn't really matter. I do have to wipe the blades clean frequently, but that takes just a few seconds. There is also a cleaner included which cleans out the blades perfectly, but if you just do a single or double layer of leaves that it really not needed most of the time. Bottom line: I am very pleased with this purchase.

I was surprised at how nicely these herb shears worked. I have a good sized herb garden and use fresh herbs all season long for every meal . I am excited for canning season this year salsa and sauce 😮! They are super sharp and save so much time! especially scrubbing the cutting boards . I’m extra careful not to lose that little “comb” that helps clean out the little bits left behind after chopping. I’ve used these on basil parsley cilantro sage thyme oregano and oooh they work great with chives! I harvested 4 good sized clumps and chopped them straight into the dehydrator trays in no time at all. they are heavy duty, I can’t see them breaking ever. But if my husband took them out into the garage and used them to fix the lawn mower (stranger things have happened) and they were accidentally broken , I would order up another pair immediately .

The product is manufactured quite well given its gimmicky form.The product cuts herbs/leafy greens quite well to be honest.Is a bit interesting to clean after use but not a deterring factor

I have been wanting to get one of these herb scissors for years and with so many TikTok recipes lately where people are using them, I found myself getting envious. Well, a quick search on Amazon and I found these incredible herb scissors. Very easy to use and now that it’s summer, I am using them pretty much daily. This is so much easier than my old method. Well worth the price. I highly recommend.

I was super excited to order these. Unfortunately now they are just one of those cool looking kitchen back gadgets that are sitting in my junk drawer. They come with a cover and a clever cleaning tool to get between the blades. For me it was more hassle to clean in between the blades and didn’t cut as well if I just used my knife to chop. I constantly have to clean between the blades when trying to chop. It really slowed me down rather than to help me cook and prep more efficiently. While it’s a neat product and I thought a must have, you would do better to just use your knife and cutting board.

I wanted this to work more quickly than chopping fresh herbs with a knife. When used, the scissor blades feel stiff and rigid; cut if you have longer herb pieces, and stack them up carefully. I hope to return it, but I need help getting advice or contacting the company online through Amazon. I used this for the first time a couple of days ago, so I would like to know if I can return. The herb scissor has a lifetime warranty, so I can return it for a refund. We will see! There are usually catches to Warantees.I can not return the LIFETIME WARRANTY, which means nothing when trying to return the first use after the purchased time allowed. I carefully packed it in the original display package for return.

Not worth it, at this price.The bottom part of the scissor is unusable since blades are not properly aligned. Some blades not even grinding together.One can only use the top most part of the blade hinge where blades are connected.

In first use the scre fell off, and it's not staying in place even after screwing it back.

Blades are too near. Vegetables get stucked.
