Great except when the release-paper rips.
Very sticky,slick surface and the crack-back is helpful. Nashua is easier to use because it doesn't have the release-paper problem.

Easy to work with.
Love it!! Easy to work with for sticky stuff. Stuck where I needed it and sealed nicely. Don't for see it pulling up nor anything leaking through it. Used it for other areas, such as behind trim over top edge of flooring, to prevent water from getting under flooring.
