TEAM MAGNUS beach towel – hooded towel for kids 4'-5'6"

We have two of these. I bought one last spring for my son and I just bought another one for my daughter. They're both on the neighborhood swim team now, so this was great for the cooler morning practices as well as regular pool use. They're a tad pricey for my frugal nature, BUT they will last for years in terms of their size and, as far as I can tell, their quality, so it was worth it to me. For size reference, my son in the orange one is almost 8 and is about 53" tall. It also fit him well last spring/summer when he was about 50". My daughter in the pink one is 5 and is about 44", and it's borderline too long for her (it brushes the front of her feet), but I tied up the bottom with a hair tie and it was fine. I initially bought a smaller one from Target for her but figured that was silly since I'd have to replace it eventually anyway. They are extremely soft right out of the package. The one we've had for a year isn't quite as soft anymore, but it's been washed and dried SO many times, it's not surprising. And it doesn't matter anyway, I actually feel that rougher towels are more absorbent :-) The "Team Magnus Devilfish" branding is pretty gaudy, but the kids don't care, so I just try to ignore it. Definitely recommend these for the 5/6+ age crowd!

ordered this for my son after the beach and poolhe’s almost 8 n tall for his agethis towel is perfect, super soft and absorbinghe loves the pocket on the frontand it makes it super easy for him to change out of a wet bathing suit into something drier when leaving the beach or pool while still keeping everything private .will definitely be ordering for my girls once they are older .the only draw back i see is there is no options to make this wider( no snaps buttons etc) so although mh son is pretty slender i’m not sure if you typically buy husky clothes maybe size up

It is a perfect gift for kids or adults. Good for changing clothes outdoor because it is long enough. Good quality material which is very warm and cozy, perfect for after getting out of the ocean, and for them to change from their swimsuit back into dry clothes on a busy beach. Good product with good design.

We had friends with these for their boys, which they use to pull over their lifejackets when boating. Theirs have seemed to hold up well for several summers. I finally caved and got one for my daughter and wish I had done it sooner. They're soft, absorbent and a great length to actually warm kids up from head to toe.

My kids always dread swimming lessons because when they get out of the pool they are so cold. I got my 8-year-old to is a size 12 One of these and he loves it! Keeps him warm and dry after swimming lessons and we can drive straight home wearing this and not change. I was impressed with the quality and it was a long enough length for my tall son.

I didn’t pay close attention to the pictures when I purchased it because I was so glad to find a Terry beach towel material swim coverup for Big Kids (NOT Toddler size!). We got the pink and I have a very tall 9.5 year old and she will be able to wear this for awhile. It measures 25-26” across so a full 50” around the chest and 37” from shoulder hem to bottom hem which is really generous. The hood is a decent size to accommodate many head sizes at 13.5” tall opening. This is a nice weight beach towel Terry cloth material that is thick enough to be warm and absorbent but not so thick that it will be heavy and weigh a person down once it gets wet. It is the kind that feels a bit velour like on the outside and has the cotton loops in the inside. I purchased this for after getting out of the pool and really wish it wasn’t a devil fish and team magnus logos so large. I’m keeping it because there isn’t much out there in this size range.

Bought the pink and navy terry poncho/ towel for my daughter’s swimming practices and competitions. Very good quality and easy to change in it. Keeps her warm between the meets. She got lots of compliments from her teammates! Highly recommend! Will be also great for the beach use.

Got two of these as gifts for my gifts. They love the design and how well it keeps them warm and dry. A little big for my 7 year old, but is perfect size for my 11 year old.
