Upgrade Ender 3 V2 Neo Extruder Hotend Kit All Metal Hot End Assembly Replacement with Capricorn Tube for Creality Ender 3 V2 Neo/Ender 3 Max Neo/Ender 3 Neo 3D Printer

This was a direct replacement for the stock Ender 3 V2 Neo hot end. I had an overnight print that blobbed all over my original one, and I accidentally cut the thermistor wire during cleanup. I had trouble finding the correct replacement thermistor, so for the same of time I went ahead and ordered this as a replacement and will repair the old one later or use it for parts.This replacement has the upgraded Capricorn tube which I trimmed to be the same length as my original.Before ordering a replacement hot end, test out your fans. My parts cooling fan was also dead but I didn't notice until after I had already replaced this, and I could have just ordered the full assembly instead of the hot end for around the same price if I had known.Installation is straightforward, but a little tedious due to all the cable management looms and ties. I used this as an opportunity to replace most of the zip ties with Velcro ties, which came in handy when I had to replace the fan laterI'm back to making good prints again, so I'm pleased with this part.

I've had so many issues with my Creality 3 V2 Neo, replacing the hotend within the first year is just the latest. Pretty soon every part of it will be new at this point. My issue started with the temperature fluctuating wildly on the printer and eventually prints failing and the printer saying the temperature was too low. I tired to replace the thermistor but couldn't, so ended up replacing the entire hot end.The installation is not for the weak of heart. You have to basically take the entire machine apart and get into the electronics in the motherboard. There are online videos but they are not a whole lot of help. After replacing and completing the operation, I tried to boot up the machine and kept getting an alert that the nozzle was too hot. I did some online research and tried several fixes and eventually discovered that the fix is the ease back the screw on the thermistor a quarter turn or so. So if you have this issue too, there are some wires going into the print head near the nozzle on the right, one has a screw, if you turn that back a tad it fixes that issue.After that, complete re calibration, leveling, dialing in the stepper motor, etc. to ensure everything was ship shape, and I'm finally printing again. Given all the issues with Creality, I'm not sure how long that will last, but for now I'm back in business.

Received this item yesterday. The minute we installed in our printer, we were FLOODED with error codes on our printer. We put the old hotend back on the printer and they went away. Item was DEFECTIVE!!! We contacted Amazon, they initiated an immediate return and refunded us right away so we could buy a new one from Creality. Our advice...buy the actual one from Creality for a couple dollars more!

Good replacement hotend for ender 3 max neo , easy to install , perfect fit

This was an easy replacement for my old, funky hot end. The thing went in without a hitch.

I bought this from my E3 v2 Neo to replace a clogged hotend. I should have just removed the heater element and thermosister from the old hotend and put it into this one, but I didn't. I replaced the wiring all the way back to the board. It wasn't really an issue to do. One thing to note is that the wire gauge seems one size less than the original.

I ordered this for the two-day delivery. Everything came just fine, BUT - the box was NOT taped shut. Anybody that handled the box could have removed to product. I was lucky that nobody did!!

Fits perfect, performance excellent, fantastic quality and for £40 honestly a bargain.
