The book came broken and delivered to the wrong house
Although I’m annoyed that the book came damaged, it is out of the author’s control.This book is amazing. It is full of useful information to put your spark back into your mitochondria and live a full healthy life.

Finally a book on body hacking designed for women
I highly recommend this book for women seeking to boost their energy levels and cope with stress....ie every woman! The explanation of the science going right back to and explanation of mitochondria gives a novel context. My key takeaway is that blood sugar is the ultimate bio marker and I've been inspired to restart intermittent fasting with great results. Thanks Dr Molly for providing women with actionable tools to improve their wellbeing.

I am really impressed by this book. I found it a very dense and scientifically well-rounded read, with nuanced information, an in-depth discussion of bioindividuality and lots of good references. I appreciate Molly's approach to health and well-being enormously, and I think every woman could benefit from reading this book. It is suitable for the general public as well as for professionals. As an MD I could also gain insights and practical ideas for my work. Thank you, Molly!

Must Read for anyone on a healing journey!!
I’m only half way through the book but feel so excited that I needed to share this. I’ve spent SO much time, energy & money over the past 3 years trying to get the answers that I’m FINALLY finding in The Spark Factor. It’s not too technical/scientific, but explains concepts in a way that anyone can understand. Dr Molly gives your straightforward answers and SOLUTIONS. I’m so excited to start implementing what I’m learning in this. This is a must read for anyone on a healing journey- this book is giving me hope!
