Easy to put together but takes 2 people

This is such a gorgeous solution! I bought one for my entryway so that my kids could put their shoes away and they absolutely love it! My two year old puts her shoes away completely on her own because she loves opening and closing the cabinet. I labeled the inside shelf with each child's name so they each have their own section for shoes. Plus, my entry way looks so elegant. I liked it so much that I used another cabinet for the inside of my daughters' closet (I removed the bottom gold portion so that it wouldn't be so tall). They use it for all their princess shoes :-) I'm thinking of putting a third one in our master bedroom. Thank you for providing us with this elegant and convenient addition to our home! Unfortunately came apart 1hr after I put it together which mind you took me 4-5 hours to put together… I thought it would be worth the hassle because it does look nice and it would have worked perfect for the area I had for it since it’s slim. But unfortunately the screws didn’t hold for much and quickly came apart as soon as I put shoes in it. Tried screwing it back on but no luck and soon enough the rest of the screws started to come apart.Did reach out to the seller and asked for a refund in exchange to sending it back. Was nice enough to tell me to not even bother sending it back and sent me my refund. I did end up just throwing it out since it didn’t function anymore.

Instructions said it required two people; put it together by myself but probably would have been assembled faster with two people. Packaging was perfect. Parts/pieces were neatly packed in a separate bag. Instructions were clear. Love the gold accent handle and base as it compliments the theme color I was going for in my bedroom. Wish it could fit more shoes but I got this for my interior design purposes.

The box arrived in fair condition. However, the way the pieces were arranged and protected inside was well thought out, so nothing was warped or bent. I did have one hiccup. When one of the connector nuts broke during assembly, I reached out to the seller. The seller was quick to respond and was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner. They were professional and courteous. When they told me it would take 2-3 weeks for a replacement, I decided to take their offer for a small partial refund because the piece could be found at my local hardware store. I had to go to 2 different places to find it, but their refund covered the gas and my time spent in my search. When fully assembled, the cabinet felt secure and well balanced thanks to the height adjustable legs. I was able to assemble it on my own, even though the instructions reccomend 2 people. Overall, the cabinet is of fantastic value and I would purchase from this seller again.

Looks rich and perfect slim fit for front entrances

I was really impressed with the quality of the furniture and the good customer service. They contacted me to let me know the order was going to be late due to snow storm but assured me they were tracking it. Well packaged and heavy. Much better quality then I was expecting for the price. I am very happy with this item and would buy from this company again. I am a 60 year old female who put this together by myself. Instructions were the best I have seen and very easy to follow. It took me just over 3 hours to assemble and there are a lot of parts but it is not difficult at all. Each piece was marked and you never had to worry about a piece being backwards as the instructions made everything simple and clear!
