This printer is worth the investment.If you print a lot of labels for shipping like me stop wasting money on expensive labels and ink jet supplies.This uses a thermal label that will save you a lot of money!

Unfortunately, I never got this to print successfully. After trying with my team of IT folks at the office, it never worked (we have 100 of these purchased elsewhere that work consistently, we're not new to this model). For some reason, it blinks red every time you push the button to move a label or if it prints 1 label partially. It's almost like the optical sensor looking for label breaks is broken or something. Unfortunately, I'm now out of my return window.

So much better than the previous label printer we were using, much faster and 0 errors or misfeeds!

Very good printer. Very versatile Printer!!

Even though it states Ethernet connectivity, there's no Ethernet port. This was an absolute requirement for us. The company is misrepresenting the product to make a sale.

Came with everything prints the dpi that I needed. It prints fast also which is nice

Purchased a Refurbished printer that turned out to manufactured and in use since 2013 with warranty that expired 2014. The boxed arrived missing everything including the power cord. The Amazon description doesn’t match what is being sold, the questions/answers don’t apply either. No cables, paperwork, or anything needed to operate this old device. No one should expect to receive a device that has been in use for almost 8 yrs, even if it’s refurbished. Amazon is mixing new and refurbished printers in the same listing. Even without a power cord I could clearly see this was not professional Refurbished, and the serial number provided the rest.
