Bra has the front and back plus shoulder adjustments, which really helps to change the fit to accommodate when the post-surgical swelling goes down. The shoulder hook is very pronounced; it was difficult to remove it from the section on strap. I had to use a metal nail file to cut back on the curvature of the hook. The bra fits nicely and is as comfortable as I guess it can be post breast surgery. The smooth fabric is comfortable next to skin. I ordered a 3-row bra after this one came because I realized if I had received the 6-row, it would be too wide in the front and uncomfortable on my cleavage. I was a DDD. Post surgery, now a D. When the swelling goes down, I’m hoping to be a C, or even a B This bra will accommodate me as a C cup so I hope to be able to use that in the future and not just for post surgery recovery.

Overall I think this is a very good choice for post-breast surgery. The adjustable front and back closures and straps are very helpful, and the band feels like it sits low enough to not irritate inframammary incisions (underside of boob). Where it could improve is to include padding, which is super important for compression (and to not have the headlights on!). The material is very thin and not super supportive on its own, so I inserted pads from a different bra I purchased into this bra. That gives me the needed support, but they also move around. As others have commented, the hook for the strap cannot be simply removed and moved up to tighten the straps; you have to cut the stitching to remove it.

I purchased this bra because I am having my breast implants removed.I need something with some compression and latches in the front.I bought the medium as suggested by seller and it was even a little large with my current implants. I am a 32DD 130 pound athletic build women.I was able to hook the bra on the smallest settingsAfter my explant I should be a B or small C cup.I’m reordering a small in hopes that it will fit better.

Compre 2 uno en beige y 1 en negro talla LX.La tela es muy cómoda y delicada. Probablemente lo habré comprado grande usualmente soy talla XL por eso la seleccione, pensando que luego de mi postoperatorio de aumento de pecho me quedaría bien por que la tela estiraba, sin embargo la tela estira mucho y en ese caso es mejor tener un brasier que sostenga más y evitar te lastimes en los movimientos, adicional es mejor que en el área de la copa tenga doble tela o sea más grueso pues en mi caso la insicion fue por la aureola y luego esa área inicialmente no tenía mucha sensibilidad pero posteriormente pase a tenrr hipersensibilidad por lo que esa tela no ayudaba mucho. De momento esperaré a recuperarme y luego volveré a probarmelo, pienso que para alguien que no ha tenido una operación debe ser muy comodo.Anteriormente era copa A y ahora soy una C completa. De espalda soy 38. Mido 5.34 pies. Espero mi experiencia les sirva

I can finally throw away my VS bras!! I never ever write reviews. It's my 1st one. This is how happy I'm.1. I finally found a a bra that lifts my big boobs and holds them in place without being discomfort.2. I don't even feel like if I was wearing a bra, that's how comfy it is!!3. I'm 5"6 168 lbs 38ddd from VS or 38D from other stores. I ordered an XL it fits right, it's not tight but not loose either.4. You can't adjust the straps, but I'm not upset since they fit right. I'll be ordering a Large size next since I'm loosing weight and want my boobs to be tight and not loose hahaha.

The media could not be loaded.  This bra is comfortable enough and somewhat supportive.I disliked that I had to cut the adjustable shoulderstraps to get the hooks out of the bottom loops. I tried hard for a good five minutes to get the hook out to tighten the shoulder strap, I even employed a toothpick but could not get it out. Bottom loop was too tight.And, once I finally got the hooks cut out of the bottom loop and moved them to the highest loop they were still too loose to actually provide support.The ribcage size was just fine and it is nice that there’s three steps of adjustable hooks. But for me the shoulder straps needed to be tighter, which is odd cause I am pretty tall and normally find that shoulder straps can be tight in sports bras.In my pic I am only five days post op so my girls look a little crazy still 😆 can’t wait for them to drop and fluff.I ordered the XXL.I am 6’8, ribcage not including breasts measure at 33” I weigh 135 lbs without the added weight from the breast implants.I started as a deflated B, have carried and nursed 4 babies, my implants are 800cc high profile. Still very swollen and implants need to drop into their final position where they will look normal. I will still use this bra while sleeping but don’t think it will give enough support for walking and moving around.I hope this is of some help!

I had been wearing the $80 bra the hospital had given me after my breast reduction a week ago, but I needed an additional post-surgery bra of good quality, but not so expensive. So after several days of searching, reading reviews, and trying various sports bras, I ordered this one. I am so glad I did! It’s soft and comfortable, yet it’s supportive and offers the mild compression I need. I had no difficulty using the shoulder strap adjustments or fastening the front (unlike the zippers in other bras). My post-surgical bra size is approximately 38C/D. I ordered an XL, and it fits perfectly. Plus, it looks great under t-shirts!!! I immediately ordered a second one. If I have to wear bras continuously for the next 6 weeks, I’m glad it’s going to be these!

The Bra straps are supposed to be adjustable, yet, I had to cut the 1st strap hitch loose with scissors to get the adjusting done! Also the second time I ordered it due to bad cup sizing per the size guide? Helen P.
