Was a little hesitant buying having read some of the reviews. Glad I went ahead though. Arrived really well packaged. No damage at all. It now houses an F1 1:18 model car and looks great.

Displays your car nicely but the lights could be brighter and cover the car more

Excellent Item Looks Great In Pictures. But Excellent In Person. I Hope These Led's Have Long Life. My 1:200 Scale Concorde Looks Ace In This Display. And Only Just Fits. Very Sturdy Made Usb Port Very Secure. Lights Very Easy To Install And The Power End Of Lights Are Like Power Ends On Adapter's. So When You Slot Them In They Are Solid Not Wobbling. Lights Are Also Easy To Adjust To Desired Spot. Highly recommended.

This display case consists of a base with adjustable lighting and a one piece lid, unlike most other cases that require assembling and glueing. The size is just right for most 1/18th model cars. The adjustable lighting is an excellent feachure not fitted to other display cases. I have purchased several of these and I wholeheartedly recommend this item for displaying your models in.

This product is OK for a bit of fun if you have one diecast you want to show off on your desk or something. But if you're planning on investing in several and leaving their lights on all evening, every evening, avoid.If you're not running them off the USB port, they eat batteries like they're going out of fashion, and the slightest knock makes the lights flicker, meaning you have to take the lid off and re-insert the effected light post.The good news is they are really well made otherwise. The case itself is of good quality, fits well on the base and is very clear and does not distort the models behind it.The base is textured, which makes your models less likely to roll away and smack in the case if you need to move it with them in situ.If what you want is a permanent display for lots of models, just invest in a proper cabinet with lighting. At nearly 30 quid these ain't cheap.But as stated, they are fine to stick on your desk, especially if you plug them into your computer to use the lights.
