The media could not be loaded. I spend an obscene amount of time researching frothers. Landed on this one, and I’m glad I did. It’s exactly what I was looking for. It works great, it’s quiet, froths coconut milk perfectly, and even can warm up coffee! Love it! Pro tip: rinse it right after the use, wipe the outside to avoid water stains. You don’t need a “dishwasher safe” option. It takes a minute to clean.

Easy to use and quiet. A great addition to coffee/tea lovers. I’ve been very happy with this unit. It has four settings to make your milk frothy or to warm milk in a flash. I received a replacement due to the heating mechanism stopped working out of the bloom. However, when I reached out to customer service, they immediately sent a replacement. That made my day! I love this unit, I used oat milk, regular milk etc.

This is my 4th creamer, I finally found a great one! I like to drink heavy cream which has always burnt on the surface of every brother I used but rio this one! This frother heats perfectly and very quickly with out burning the milk. FYI the SECRET to cleaning one of the is the sponge INCLUDED with purchase! It's a sponge on a stick! of you rinse it immediately after use and wipe ie it with the sponge you won't scrape the non stick surface which ruins your brother!

First, this frother worked as advertised so my complaints should not stop you from considering this unit. I'll start with the positive:Out of the box the frother heats and froths the milk as expected. Filled to the max for the frother function, the froth quickly rises to the top of the frother (without overspill) using whole, organic milk. The milk is plenty hot enough and I use in conjunction with a swiss coffee machine machine that takes whole beans. You might gather I'm a bit of a coffee snob and it's not something I'll deny!The interior is non-stick and the capacity of the unit was above average (10oz versus 8oz is more of a difference in real life than I had expected). Buttons are clear and work as expected. The machine is near-silent, again as advertised.So the downsides. Well more expensive machines seem to feature induction wisks, which means the stirring mechanism is completely concealed. This makes cleaning the unit a breeze. However, this frother uses a mechanical stirrer which, in the future, might become a point of failure. It certainly raises question about keeping the unit clean.Second, when you do clean the unit it's fairly natural to rinse it out under a tap. I'm not entirely convinced the bezel for the buttons is completely sealed. I'll reserve judgement on that!As I use this machine every day, at least twice, I'll update in a couple of months to let you know if the unit continues to perform or whether other issues have cropped up. Until then, I'd summarize by saying this appears to be a solid performer and did not disappoint (aside from the mechanical connection to the whisk).

Somehow my Frother stopped working six weeks after I purchased it! I got in touch with Amazon, and they transferred me to "Spacekey" I told the person that my machine had stopped, and the warranty said it was only for 30 days! So here I was at a little over five weeks, disappointed that the device would not work! Can you believe this? I received an email from the company and within 24 hours- They Sent Me A NEW Frother! They told me not to worry about shipping the old one back! I was shocked! With Service like this...I will definitely be a customer of "Spacekey" - I love my Frother and I am glad I bought it. Excellent Service!

I could give this product 5 stars for the first 2-3 months. Everything worked great!Four months in, little things started acting up and the markings began to wear off. So, if you were not aware of where the buttons were or their functions, you’d be up the creek without a paddle.Shortly after the markings began to wear off, I began to have issues with the selections. The product either overheated the milk, didn’t froth, or both. Five months in, the unit had to be removed and placed on the base repeatedly for the unit to beep, showing that it was working. Then it progressed to weird beeps before deciding to work. Finally, 6 months after my purchase, I have a dead frother that doesn’t work at all. This was a huge waste of money.Now, I see that this product is no longer available on Amazon. So if you see this product elsewhere, avoid it like the plague!

This seemed like a good frother (we've had many over the years) but it quickly had some issues and then stopped working completely after 6 months. We've treated it careful and use it once per day and handwashing after use. We are currently trying to get it replaced through the warrenty but that is a hassle and we are not hopeful.The issues:-paint on buttons rubs off quickly which is a hassle as this identifies what buttons do-the heater is burns the milk at the bottom too quickly and before the rest of the milk is hotThe good:-frothed milk very well (again until it stopped working completely)-works quickly (but again this causes the issue of burning milk)Will update based on how manufacturer handles the issue of it breaking 6 months in.Update: Never received a reply when I sent an email via the company's website customer service but company did reach out to me on amazon and replaced frother. New frother works well and we will see how well this new one holds up. Customer service did emphasize that bottom of frother cup needs to stay dry and that may have caused some issues. We dont submerge ours in water and due to the design of the product it is really hard to clean while ensuring that part stays completely dry. So watch out if you own this or are planning on buying. seems like a poor design
