Unmatched Protection and Comfort
I've been using the Vgo Chainsaw 12-Layer Saw Protection Gloves while cutting up trees that were downed during Hurricane Idalia and they have been a vital addition to my safety gear. Here's why I highly recommend them:Exceptional Protection: The 12-layer saw protection on the left hand back is the standout feature of these gloves. It provides excellent protection and peace of mind while operating a chainsaw, significantly reducing the risk of injury. This level of safety is essential for anyone using chainsaw equipment.Quality Material and Build: The cow leather material is not only durable but also offers a comfortable fit. The gloves are well-constructed, with attention to detail that ensures both safety and longevity.Comfort and Dexterity: Despite the high level of protection, these gloves do not compromise on comfort or dexterity. I can easily grip and maneuver the chainsaw, which is crucial for precision and control during use.Suitable for Various Applications: While designed for chainsaw use, I find these gloves versatile enough for other types of woodworking or yard work. They provide excellent protection against a variety of potential hazards.Size and Fit: The size L fits my hands perfectly, conforming to my hand shape without being too tight or too loose. It's important to have a secure fit for safety gloves, and Vgo has got this right.Visually Appealing Design: The orange color not only adds to the aesthetic but also ensures high visibility, which is an added safety feature when working outdoors or in low-light conditions.Overall Experience: The Vgo Chainsaw 12-Layer Saw Protection Gloves have exceeded my expectations in terms of protection, comfort, and functionality. They are a must-have for anyone who regularly operates a chainsaw or engages in similar activities where hand protection is paramount.

fits very tight at first
I went by the size chart on their website and ordered a large. As so as they arrived I tried them on and found them to be very tight, I think a X large would have been a better choice. I will work with these and see if they stretch after they get broke in and give me a snug but comfortable fit. I was at the top of the size chart for large so I may have been right on the border between the two sizes. I am a large for some companies and a X large for others. Most of the time I buy instore to make sure of the fit. The gloves are well made, look good, and should last for several years. Overall I like the gloves and would buy them again but in an x-large.I've used these gloves for several weeks now and they are breaking in nicely, they've loosened up a bit but still tight. Overall a good fit. I'm happy with the size now that they're adjusting to my hand size. I would buy these again.

Great comfortable protection - so far they are worth the high price
Used for several days cutting up downed tress and brush. Fortunately I did not check the protection against chainsaw injury but briars and thorns are no match for these gloves....even honey locust thorns! They seems well made and I have no complaints about their construction but it's only been a few days. At this price, they better last for years. The gloves are extremely warm - due to the high level of protection.I ordered one size larger and I'm glad I did. They fit perfectly.

Very tight
I ordered these as they looked like the most protective gloves I could find on Amazon. They do look and feel like quality gloves, and if they fit better I’d keep them. The problem is that the left glove is very snug, and the right hand glove is uncomfortably tight, and becomes extremely uncomfortable after a minute or two. I’d exchange my XL gloves for a pair of XXL, but Amazon doesn’t carry the largest or smallest sizes. I suppose I’ll order a pair of Stihl gloves.

They seem well made. Hope I Don't cut a finger.
They seem well made. Most of the reviews of the VGO chainsaw gloves are for the ones that have left hand protection only. Which is what you want if you are right handed, as I am, since the theory is that the right hand is holding the trigger and won't be in the way of a kickback like the left hand would be. However, my wife wants to be extra sure that I have the best chance, so she ordered the B option for both hands to be protected. As with the reviews of the left hand protection only pairs, these run small. Normally, I wear a medium glove, but with the protection pads, these are a little tight. But they will probably stretch with use. If I order another set, I'll get a large. Be aware, the protection is ONLY on the backs of the hands, so if the saw hits your fingers, you are out of luck. On the other hand, if they had protection on the fingers, you probably couldn't run the saw very well, but at least it gives you some protection. The other reviews also mentioned that some people had issues with the stitches coming undone, and that they didn't have vibration dampening in them. As with the fingers, if you pack too much stuff in there, you won't be able to move your hands. If you need the dampening, I'd say, get a better chainsaw that has lower vibration, like a Husqvarna, or a Stihl, and maybe better gloves, like those made by the above mentioned companies. They are only a few dollars more, but I doubt they are greatly superior to these. For non professional or occasional use, these are probably fine. I'll update this if I find out otherwise, at least, if I have any fingers left.

Comfortable gloves
Comfortable, flexible, a good fit for me. Seems a lot of people had difficulty guessing what size they would need. I got an XL which followed along with Harbor Freight sizes for gloves.

Fits well, does not restrict.
I am a home owner chain saw user. These work well for me. I only used them a few times, but they allowed me to operate the chain saw easily. The orange color reminds me to be hand conscious. I feel better having them.

Seemed to be well made with layers. Did not try chainsaw on them thought it was too risky
Fit correctly

Fine so far ...
Seem quite sturdy, yet still flexible enough to be comfortable and not interfere with handling the chainsaw or picking up branches, etc. Time will tell; my problem with other gloves is that they wear through within a year.

Protección contra corte solo en mano izquierda
Decepcionado porque elegí los guantes porque en la descripción se especifica que ambas manos tienen protección contra corte y resultó que recibí un par de guates que solo tenía protección en el izquierdo.

Fits tight, snug
Have yet to use them, but quality seems good and the fit is snug. Hopefully will stretch a bit. Would recommend them for what they are

Seem well made
Comfortable fit (medium) for me, but too big for my wife. Lack of sizes is a drawback, bit I am satisfied it will do the job.
