Easy to install and lock in place. The seal isn't great as I live in a cold climate so I had to add weather stripping. Door size is perfect for a large cat.

It took us about 10 minutes to fit this into the window. Great, sturdy product.

It was very easy to put in. It took my Kitty about 2 days to ‘get it’. Which is good because he never got the flap door on the litter box. The problem is the door doesn’t close all the way after he goes through it. It lets in cold air and bugs. It’s like the fuzz around the edge of the door is too long possibly? But I’m afraid to trim it and make things worse. There is a gap at the top of the door also. Anyway, my cat loves it so we’re keeping it. The pictures show how it looks after he’s gone through it and the top gap.

Very nice product! Looks good, sturdy, easy to install, and most of my cats figured out how to use the pet door in seconds ( a couple took a bit longer for them to figure out). Like the locking feature too.

I love this insert! I am adding a catio outside of my kitchen window. It was too expensive to remove and add a new window and this is a perfect alternative! It was super easy to put in and very sturdy! I had a harder time trying to get my old window to go up high enough to put it in! The weather stripping seals it to keep it draft and bug free. I did get wider stripping but I definitely do not get any hot air coming in from outside! It's been well into the 90s here withh feel like temps around 110. I can see clearly out the side windows. So clear I think I need to close the window!!! Can't wait til the catio is done to get the cats some outside space!!!

Sturdy. nice look. Didn't quite fit 32" window. Had to squeeze side panels to make them more narrow so they'd slip into vertical tracks.Door does not close completely, as reported by other buyers. Problematic in colder weather.Noticed a slight bit of "flash" (plastic that escapes/pushes out of mold) & carefully sliced that off with a box cutter knife & that helped a lot.

I was a little skeptical at first. Really did not know what to expect. This turned out amazing. Sturdy, easy to install. The only thing that is not working so well is that the door is hard to grab. Will had little sticky hook on both sides . If my cat can't push through it ll be able to grab the little hook and put and sneak in from underneath

Perfect fit, description of product was accurate! Took out of the box and installed the window/cat door very easily. Highly reccomend.

It works well and the cats have figured out how to use the flap!I'd definitely recommend it to friends. I don't know how long it will last, but for now, we're pleased.

I purchased this pet door to install in one of my windows to allow my cats to have access to their new cat patio. The door is very sturdy and very easy to install. It was really a good purchase and I have no regret.The door has a locking mechanism that allows you to lock the door to control when your pets can go in and out. This locking mechanism is the only downside to this door. I bought this door because I was hoping to be able to control my cats access to their cat patio as I was afraid of them going out at night and when I was not home. Well.... within less than 5 days of the pet door being installed, my cats had figured out how to unlock it. The locking mechanism is really not useful and I had to made peace with the fact that I would not be able to control their access to the cat patio.

This works wonderfully to allow my cats window access to their outdoor enclosure. Much easier for me than leaving a window open which permitted bugs in my house. It took a few days for some of the cats to become comfortable with using the flap, now they love the freedom it gives them.`

Great product for sash windows but will need weatherstripping
