Facom NS.1600F Micro Composite Air Impact Wrench, 861Nm, 1/2" Drive

This is my first experience of an impact gun so I can't compare to others, but I think this is a brilliant piece of kit and far exceeds me expectations in terms of build quality and power for the price. Just wish I had bought this sooner!Power: Some people have said don't expect too much from this, but I haven't had any issues with it undoing everything I've tried it on. Hub nuts which are 280nm, zipped them straight off, no problem. Someone also said "ideal for nuts up to 14mm", but considering the hub nut I took off was 32mm I disagree, I wonder if some people are working on aircraft?! I'm using a 50L 9.6cfm 115psi compressor but have it set to 90psi.Compact: I was tired of using breaker bars on my cars, especially in tight to reach areas like around control arms and suspension parts, which is one of the reasons I opted for a compact impact wrench. It is nice a compact and I managed to get to most areas when working on one of my cars.Build: Difficult to compare, but I do own lots of other tools from a range of brands and this feels very well made. It's a fair bit heavier than I expected, but it's a reassuring weight and gives confidence that it's not going to break, just make sure you have an inline oiler or keep it well oiled manually.

was looking for a stubby impact gun for some time and then found this one on line, very nice small impact gun with enough power for the things I want it to do as I work as a mechanic , nice compact size to get in to small places have had mine a few years now and still works very well and have not had any problems with it, it is well made , very pleased with it

I work as an apprentice in the automotive industry and carried out a fair amount of research into which tools to buy before getting them as money is an issue.This looked to be the best budget impact wrench on the market and I have been very impressed so far.It's incredibly compact and is very lightweight, easy to hold and flick between settings.I have yet to struggle to remove any nut or bolt but I have only owned it for a short while and it is mainly used on wheel nuts.No negatives thus far but I will update the review if anything goes awry in the future.

Great little gun, real handy for the tight fitting jobs, I would say its just as powerful as my full size air wrench, Ill give this 5 out of 5, great quality and well put together

For a stubby impact wrench this is really quite good. You can’t expect it to be as powerful as a full size gun, but this is pretty impressive.Been using for a week now and seems to be holding up ok. Again please remember this is a small/stubby impact wrench so don’t expect too much from it, they aren’t a replacement for full size impact wrench’s.

I purchased this air gun due to me changing my jobs. If I'm honest I googled the best air gun and this one topped the list.I found it on Amazon and it was discounted so I purchased it.I will admit I was a bit surprised when it came and how small it is. I did wounder if I made a mistake in purchasing it.However, I have used it for nearly 2 weeks and I cannot fault it. The gun feels tough, good quality and it is light in the hand.The forward and reverse switch is conveniently located and the dial for changing the speed is a nice touch.I haven't had chance to properly test it on anything with meaty Nm. I did whizz off a 400Nm bolt and tighten on to about 340Nm.Overall for the price of the gun when discounted for me is a great buy.

Have been using this at work. Seems like it’s gone loose inside and maybe lost abit of power not sure how long it’s going to last 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
