Great to help massage some knots out down the back. Wish it could do my top of shoulders better tho.

Not much to write about a cushioned roller. It does what it designed to do, adjust you entire back and the dimpled cushions work well. Would recommend

I have not tried any of the others (i.e. Chirp) but the FitBest works like a charm, at a much lower cost, and the knobs are good and kneading the muscle tissue.

I have really enjoyed this roller. I got the one with the nubs and they really work well to massage the back. I feel like it is a great way to exercise abs as well since you are basically doing a reverse plank as you roll back and forth.Be sure to look at the ceiling and keep chin away from chest for the best stretch. I like to rest my arms lightly on the floor or on my stomach. I also rest my shoulders on the floor with the roller at the base of spine with knees bent toward me for lower back pain relief.It does take some getting used to but I recommend to just roll around until you find what works best for you!

I bought both the 9 and 6 inch versions. This review is for the 9 inch.The smaller version (6inch) from this company has a smaller width that fits between my shoulder blades, much like the well known ‘bird’ wheels. This was oddly wide and not comfortable for me to use. I am adding some images to compare the sizes of the 6 and 9 inch of these and the 6 and 10 inch birds.
