There's a Party in my Helmet and you're Invited
Connectivity - They worked perfectly well at chill factor at -5 degrees - I was expecting to run into issues given how horrendously glitchy my airpods performed with my android phone both in the chill factor and Austrian alps. Not a glitch from these. So far the connection looks promising - I'll let you know how well they hold up this season in the alps.Sound - They go plenty loud - they sound better if you do your helmet strap up tight. The sound is not going to blow anyone away - its decent enough - passable but still enjoyable.Comfort - they hurt my ears causing pressure against them even when my helmet wasn't tight. I thought I was going to have to return them. Then I noticed my helmet had foam ear padding glued in the ear cups. After removing that they are very comfortable and not noticeable. Great stuff.Functionality - I like the functionality pressing the ear pads to control various things. I haven't tried the walkie talkie and I doubt I will. I bought them just for music. They're a bit more of a pain to put in the helmet than I would like but still the battery lasts a good while. The novelty of having your helmet turned into a party with nothing that can fall out of your ears is immense. Really cool product. I think i'm going to really enjoy it.

Perfect for the Slopes ✔️🎿⛷❄️🏂
Skiing with the Chips for the last few days listening to music, these work great. Connect really quickly in a second or two. Line up a play list and right press your right Chip and music starts and go!! Left press to stop the music. So Bose et al haven’t made super sonic ski cans but who cares, they’d have fiddly buttons you could not access with ski gloves on. Forget all the fancy stuff, the Chips are awesome and don’t break the bank.

Do the job
There isn't much of a choice out on the market for ski helmet headphones right now, so I bought these and stuck them in my K2 helmet. The original audio is not thin by any means but these are even ticker. You feel this immediately on your ears. I bought these in summer so I'm yet to ski them, but I can't imagine wearing them will be very comfortable. Sound is not great, but I bought them primarily for calls. Controls are easy, but I found two small problems - they are a bit slow to react and the quick start guide lists them incorrectly. You need to look at the other guide to learn the correct controls.

The worst bluetooth range and reliability of any item i've ever used.
I bought these headphones for a helmet that they were designed to go in (Smith Quantum). In this aspect they are perfectly well designed. The buttons work well through the ear flaps and they are perfectly audible regardless of outside noise that you might experience in a ski resort. Furthermore they are comfortable.Unfortunately that is only half of what Bluetooth headphones are supposed to do and these headphones have without doubt the worst issues I have ever experienced with any device. I tested these at home and the connection is great whilst the user is not moving. However as soon as you take these onto a ski resort the problems begin. I tried it in every pocket I had in 2 jackets and two sets of board pants, but they constantly cut out regardless of where they are. This is unacceptable for a device which is designed to be used by active participants. They work fine whilst in a cable car or on a chairlift, but as soon as you are on a slope and making turns the signal cannot be maintained.Absolutely hopeless, and the manufacturer has clearly not spent enough time testing these out in real world usage.Find an alternative, because these will drive you mental.

Good for music, too quiet phone calls, useless Walkie Talkie
First things first: I got two of those. Audio is great. Link over Bluetooth works as expected, although there’s quite a delay between talking and the other person hearing you, but still, it works OK. Buttons are easy to be depressed. Functionally, it’s OK too. One press pause, one press resume, etc.Phone calls are much less powerful than music for some reason. You need to max up the volume for a phone call, then go to 50% for music or you’ll go deaf in a second. Then there’s the Walkie Talkie thing. It’s utterly useless. It ONLY works if your app is running. And by running, I mean you get a phone call and then you need to go and relogin in the app so it works again. Useless in the mountain.

Made Snowboarding Even Better.
After a lot of browsing around, I finally decided on these to retrofit to my RED helmet. Technically, the helmet turned out not to be designed for these, but was able to fit them fine with a bit of inventiveness. The product is great.Charges quickly and lasted all day every day on the slopes. Took a few attempts to get it to pair properly with my Pixel 2 XL, but once done it never needed re-pairing or any fiddling. Bluetooth range very good, even apparently working through walls (which caused some confusion!)Seems tough enough and survived my many tumbles.I thought the sound could have done with a little more bottom end overall, but had my tunes with me all day without loosing awareness of others on the slopes.I hadn't expected much from the built-in mic, but it performed brilliantly - which was surprising considering where it was and that it was surrounded by foam. No problems taking calls, even at higher speeds!Great product :)

YOU WANT THESE!
Bought myself and my brother a set of these for Xmas before a trip to Canada. Completely changed the trip. Makes riding so much more enjoyable as you can turn the volume up and down and change tracks, call people, send texts with siri, absolutely effortlessly and i use massive bulky mittens. Fit the helmet perfectly, don't even feel them. Used every day for 12 days and did not need to charge at all. Total game changer. 5 stars.

Music for the slopes
great speakers with touch / tap functionality.fit into many ski helmets, the cable fits behind the lining, and then with bluetooth its hands free / cable free etc.music quality is fine and you can easily tap / touch with gloves to change the volume etc.Lasts an entire day on the slope too.I have not tested / used the phone functionality yet.
