Good Quality.
Very happy with this product. Arrived quickly, very easy to put together. Product is large and looks great. Compliments my bathroom and mimimal metal used, which is great as should stand the test of time (no rust!) highly recommended.

Toilet butler is of great quality. It was very easy to assemble and I'm no do it yourselfer. Delivery was very prompt and well wrapped.

Sustainable loo care
Looks great with our bamboo bath furniture and duckboard, hasn't suffered at all in 6 months of use in our new bathrooom and is robustly built. The platform is pretty wide so check that it will fit next to your loo before you buy!

Was a little disappointed in the quality of the product but it will ...
Ordered two of these. Items arrived quickly. Whilst the boxes were intact, there was little to no polystyrene for protection. The small dowlings for the toilet roll covers on both items were broken but with a bit of DIY, we managed to scoop out the broken dowlings and replace. Was a little disappointed in the quality of the product but it will do the job.

Re. toilet paper holder broken dowel.
I love my Bamboo Toilet Butler which I purchased on 03/08/2019, I have treated it with great care and was very surprised when one of the wooden dowels broke off the toilet paper holder yesterday. Is there any way that I can get a replacement toilet paper holder please. I am happy to pay for it. Thank you Frederick Taylor from [email protected]
