I can't often tell the difference in taste between brands of Panko, but it's the excellent packaging that makes me so happy with this brand. Most Panko brands come in paper boxes without resealable plastic bags of the product inside. This brand keep the Panko extra fresh.Also, because it comes in such a great sealed container, I don't worry about the expiration date!

Very good. I use these to bread chicken pieces for my grandchildren. Always light and fluffy not heavy

Works great! Nice to have organic panko, as I have a few genes that make me intolerant of some of the synthetic B vitamins added to most bread.

Wonderful for my fish cakes & other baking needs😊
