RGBW Controller with 40 Key IR Remote Control, LED Controller for 5 Pin RGBW LED Strip SMD 5050 2835 (12V - 24V.)

I love ambient lighting in all its shades, colors, shapes, panels, bulbs, strips, ropes, ect. A loyal fan of many years and consumer of Tingkam's 5050 RGB Flexible LED Strip Kits, having installed many in my client's homes, I have Flex Strips installed all over our home adding beautiful white or multi-color ambient/accent lighting to our framed brick and picture wall gallery, our custom built closet w/stained shelves, shoe rack, and hanging bar, with my favorite being all beds or bed frames! However, a month ago, (3) three of my double sets and their RF Controllers completely stopped working. Post pandemic, Tingkam, sadly closed up shop, Knowing this, I still wrote them, frantic - no response. I was not about to uninstall all those lights - are you kidding?! I tried EVERYTHING! I searched one last time and Arotelicht appeared having the exact type of controller with all the correct electrical and lighting specifics and 44 key IR remote control. I admit, I was skeptical, preparing to have to uninstall all those strips if, but for the simple reason, and let's be honest here, replacing original parts, especially electrical or connecting ones, with a part whose function, control, power, and connectivity are the exact same, but whose manufacturer, and parts size, shape, and look are completely different. I attached the flex strips, connected the new controller to the adapter, plugged in the strip...and...curtain up! Light the LIGHTS!! All strips are working and functioning beautifully!! The media could not be loaded. I ordered this for my bedroom at my house when I move back in because my previous ones are broke, I tested it out at my current house and they work great!! I recommend these but may not be compatible with all LEDs

Works great out of the box, was a direct replacement for the one that came with the light strips, that one gave out, hoping this one is an improved version

Great for led light strips easily connect to 5pin adapter as well as multiple outlets. Remote has capability to control duo led strips. Keep in mind a power adapter will still be needed.

It melted. I noticed it was hot soon after plugging it in. Spend a few dollars more and get a different brand.

Bought as a replacement for another 5 wire LED controller. Stripped wires and matched colors but apparently their wiring scheme was different than the original - which I think was Govee. Lights now work (yay) but remote does not work to activate as needed. Eg no on/off, hitting blue makes like yellow, etc.

Not good at all. First, I'm returning because it is listed as wifi enabled with app control in the heading for the option I ordered. I see now, some options list wifi enabled and some don't, but the title list wifi enabled. Somewhat deceptive. I would be returning however even if it was wifi enabled. The remote does not work correctly for some of the main features - like powering off! I've worked with cheap RGBW controllers that were great, but this one misses all around. Pass on this one.

Did not work as a replacement remote for a light set already up in my daughter’s room in which that remote stopped working. We returned this remote, tried a different, returned that one too, and ended up buying a new set of lights.
