Use as a luxury dipping sauce for bread & vegetables, or add to gourmet sauces & marinades. We recommend using as a gourmet salad dressing! White Truffle Oil, use primarily as a finishing oil to dress dishes just before serving. This product can also be used as a gourmet cooking oil, heat gently to avoid damaging the delicate truffle flavours. Excellent Versatile Products
Both products are extremely good. The balsamic vinegar is excellent on tomato salad and green salad. The white truffle oil is very good on jacket potatoes and creamed potatoes (obviously in small amounts.

Using this product regularly as both the oil and balsamic add flavour to a multiplicity of recipes.They are inexpensive as a very small amount is needed to give distinctive flavour to, for example, pastadishes, egg dishes and fried onions to name but a few!

Disappointed
I had these bottles sitting on the shelf and suddenly the cork lid popped up on its own hit the ceiling and the product went everywhere! Very disappointed.
