A delight to look at and a brilliant reminder of a wonderful holiday.

I'm just back from burma where I enjoyed the food, thus book gives lovely easy to follow recipes with some history of the origins.

Beautifully illustrated book, fantastic recipes, informative, a joy to behold. Would make a great present for anyone interested in Asian food.
