Case was smashed
Case was smashed on arrival and box was not damaged so I'm unsure when damage occurred. It's not affected use of pens, they still work would just be nice to have the case.

Good quality markers. Bought them for my 7 years old. He quite often forgets to close the markers after using them and they getting dried very quickly, so I decided to buy something more expensive. After few weeks , they still work great, nothing drying out. I’m well happy. Worth the price

Great pens generally (orange too weak for use)
Generally these pens are excellent but the orange one is too weak for use on a whiteboard and not bold enough. Blue/blue/green ideal boldness.

STAEDTLER won’t let you down
STAEDTLER products might not be the cheapest but they ensure you earn your moneys worth when you use them. The colours grab the attention but yet are not offensive to the eye, the ink wipes of different textured variants of white boards, even after several days, with ease and without the need for whiteboard cleaner. On laminated paper is a slightly different story and may require a bit more ‘elbow grease’. Finally the ink never comes out as blotchy or patchy either.I use these markers on smooth and rough whiteboards in classrooms and have used these types of markers for 10 years (I have replaced several over the years due to using all the ink in them!)

Great pens - bullet tip, not chisel
Bought these as I wanted chisel tip pens. Title and product details say chisel tip pens but they are in fact bullet tip. They work great, colours are vibrant and they last for a long time.

Very good quality
The media could not be loaded. Ideal for the white board definitely would buy again would go for more colours next time
