it comes with metal tape, a short length but plenty to do what you need, the metalof the tape is thin and cheap but again, does the trick. vent material seemed on the thin side but was tougher than i thought. i really liked the hand turned clips, no need for a philips screwdriver. it has a nice length, way more than i needed, instead of cutting and taping to fit, i just kept the end unfurled and taped it securely. fast install. i was impressed

It comes with everything needed to install and 5' is the perfect length to be able to set it up and move the dryer out for service or cleaning behind. It pairs really well with Dryer Dock. Best in class, imo. There are cheaper ones, but this one is sturdy and works better than any I've tried previously.

The only part I didn't like that wasn't even necessary is the aluminum tape. It is too thin, but doubling it up is suggested. I have regular aluminum tape that is for high heat duct and just put these thin rolls to the side. Everything was satisfactory. I bought 2 of this same item.

I replaced an older hose while performing dryer maintenance. The hose arrived packed nicely and was very easy to fasten to the dryer vent and the standard 4" vent pipe on the other end, using the included clamps. The finger tighteners are great if your application allows room for your fingers. Personally I prefer using a long screw driver - but I think most people will like the feature. The included foil tape is a nice touch but I didn't need it. Will keep it on hand for other projects.
