corded keyboard and mouse "and @ reversed
corded keyboard and mouse the " and @ are reversed on the keyboard my only complaint i paid £22 on amazon for cordless keyboard and mouse problem solved i am very pleased withe the computer so far it's very fast and does everything i want i would recommend this computer

Please avoid
I am an IT tech of 23 years on PC's and over 40 on various computers. I have a serial code that is upside down on the monitor 1AG9038 which I cannot get rid of. I went to the companies website for tech support, filled out a form, clicked on submit and got directed to a 404 error. I tried returning it within an hour of it being delivered only to be told they will refund £4.75 so I got onto Amazon customer services to be told send proof of posting costs and they will pay. However, with the insurance it is going to cost me £36 to return this, Amazon should ban this seller and stop allowing dodgy companies to sell products on Amazon, it is losing any good will I had of Amazon. The power supply is also dodgy, if you wiggle it just a tiny bit then it will turn off, so a potential fire hazard. Please do not buy this as it is not worth the hassle.

Blue screen
Windows won't boot. Got the dreaded blue screen of death

Dodgy keyboard.
Computer seems good. Should be made clear that the @ sign and the " sign are reversed. Took me ages with microsoft, as it can be a tweak on the settings to normalise. Eventually realised the keyboard substitute stickers are meant to solve the problem. Even so black substitutes on a white facility are not very aesthetically pleasing.
