Room to Breathe: An At-Home Meditation Retreat with Sharon Salzberg

Sharon Salzberg's meditations were specifically recommended to me by an Integrative Medicine physician. He is a big fan of hers. I wasn't sure which one to purchase so I went with what I saw in the reviews and where my gut was leading me. I just can't get into this CD at all. I've tried several tracks - some at his suggestion, others because the descriptions spoke to me. This is the first time that while listening to a meditation CD, I was anxiously awaiting the end of each track. I told the doctor this and he said that his wife had a similar experience.This CD may work for some people. Sharon Salzberg is very highly regarded and many people love her meditations. Unfortunately, it appears that I will not be one of them.

This is a lovely package and I'm very pleased with the quality of the mediation CD and the booklet ,both of which are well produced and eminate good intentions from Sharon Salzburg on the guided sections. This is someone who knows her stuff and it shows.Highly recommended.
