I was searching for a good price for omeprazole and this listing came up. Was economically priced and I know the Kirkland brand so I ordered it. Little did I know, I was NOT buying omeprazole, it is famotidine! Was ineffective for me and by the time I figured it out I had a miserable night with terrible acid reflux. Shame on me for not looking at the ingredients before I ordered it. May work for some people but not me. I still don’t know why it came up in my search for omeprazole.

I (like others) was searching for a less expensive Omeprazole option and Amazon presented this. I didn't zoom in enough or read enough (my fault) to notice this is NOT Omeprazole but is famotidine. After having heart-burn slowly creep up, I took a much closer look and that's when I noticed it. Again, my fault for not paying better attention but I was specifically searching for Omeprazole and this was presented as Amazon's Choice. Even though it is not refundable, Amazon did process a full refund and I re-ordered a different product. Hoping my mistake will help others not make the same.
