A Cautionary Tale: Bought these tins to use for my sisters wedding; my mom is making the cake. Buoyed by the reviews and the reasonable price,I ordered them and they arrived promptly. Sturdly build, if a little tacky, and just the sizes we needed, we were excited to begin. The issue came when trying to bake with them. Everytime we pulled a beautifully risen golden brown sponge out of the oven and cut into it we were shocked to find a gaping whole in the middle where the batter had failed to cook. We tried again and again varying the batter, the temperature, cooking time, all with the same result. I watched my mom, an accomplished baker, become increasingly distraught and panicked as the wedding grew nearer. Finally, we decided to test it against one of our own tins and voila a fluffy light sponge fit for princess!! What a disappointment and stress these tins caused! If there's a magical way of lining up all the variables for these tins to work I'm yet to find it. Lesson learnt: you get what you pay for. Would not recommend!!

I used the 10” tin to bake the bottom tier for a wedding cake I sat the tin on brown paper as advised and glad I did as when I took the cake out of the oven the paper was saturated in grease where the tin had leaked. I have no idea as to the cake will taste like now so I have returned the tins and will buy some more with another seller.

Bought these baking tins at the 11th hour! They were delivered on time, and the rich fruit cakes turned out beautifully for my mother's birthday celebrations. Very durable and easy to clean after use. I would highly recommend this product and the Seller.

Do what they are supposed to do.

Fantastic value tins... used for a wedding cake and really do bake up well... but they need a revised recipe to accommodate the depth and a very very very low heat to bake it through

I was most excited to find a 5 inch deep pan set, but unfortunately when they arrived I tested the quality by filling with water and they leaked at the base. Suggest other people do the same to ensure better quality control

Even though I ordered , two sets of cake tins at the same time from the same company this one was delivered still days later, but still great value for money
