I found it 2299Rs it's value for money, good bass,easy to use , blootooth connectivity also good (don't afraid due to 4.2),go through this you will not be fool, it's enough for a medium size room 150sq feet .

Product quality not known as installation timing is very poor. Today timing for installation was 10 am to 2 pm but till now at 4-30 pm no technician is provided for installation.

Straight to the point, its very easy to setup and connect, it has bluetooth connectivity which I did not expect, the remote control given makes it convenient to adjust volume, change mode and other things. It is somewhat heavy and that is expected because it is a 3 piece set. The only thing which could be added was it could be made a rechargable model, maybe in higher budget models they could add that, but in this one you need external power source to run it.

I received a defective piece and had to wait for almost a month to get it fixed but now it is performing good.that is why I reduced a star as I believe after sales support is a part of the product that you are buying. Disclaimer: I was not able to try full 5.1 yet due to the fact that none of the modern connectivity options are supported by this system and my HTPC did not have any RCA outs and my TV also had 2 RCA outs. I'll come back with my results when I get my 5.1 RCA out USB external sound card arrives.PROS :Overall sound: Dialogues in drama movies were very clear. Prologic mode is very handy.BASS: very very good. not like regular 2.1s where the bass is played for even dialogues but bass only comes when it is meaningful(only during special effects )Bluetooth connectivity & voice quality: good. works well when you want to play songs from your phone.Good build quality and components. I was watching when the Phillips service rep was repairing my SPA8000B and noticed a huge heatsink and several other good quality components. I could see that it is well made.Cons:It doesn't resume last input setting after a power cut. so if you are watching something on tv, you need to specifically turn this on with remote whereas everything else comes on automatically.No HDMI or optical input. you'll have to dealTakes very long time to get service done if there is some issue.No Treble control. even my iBall 2.1 supports it.It would have been nice if remote had more buttons for frequently accessed functions like bass level change. now we have to press a single button several times to go to that mode and then control it.I miss manual controls. it is too slow to do everything through the remote.Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to buy something better for tv in sub 10k price range but not for PC. Great sound but not so great design.
