We received the Porch Swing early, unfortunately the Armrests arrived damaged. I emailed the supplier, Fortune-Candy Inc. & Rachel in the Customer Service Dept responded to me very quickly. She apologized & said they would send replacement parts to me right away. She also said she would give us a partial refund for our inconvenience, even though I didn't ask for one.We received both the replacement armrests & partial refund within a few days. WOWCustomer Service doesn't get any better than that!!!The Porch Swing was easy to put together, taking 1 person about 40 minutes. I liked that the Swing included very heavy duty springs along with all the tools I needed for assembly.The Swing is a perfect size for 2 people and my wife loves that it has drink holders in both armrests.It's also very comfortable with a rounded seat edge & the ergonomic curved seat.One of the most important design characteristics of this Porch Swing is the tall back side. I think it's somewhere between 19.5" - 21" tall compared to other Porch Swings I looked at that were only 15" tall. This makes a big difference, especially if you're on the tall side, which I am. The top of the back side doesn't jab me in the middle of my back!Last but not least, it looks great in our backyard!

We are happy with this swing. It seems well painted so it should last longer that previous swings. It was NOT difficult to assemble.. but it took a bit of time. It was packed well and came quickly. The front part of the swing , by your knees, needs a slight correction. On our swing it goes up before it curves under.. so depending on how we sit , it can be slightly uncomfortable. However it's more comfortable than the last swings that we have owned, so we are happy. Not sure why but the springs add to the confort.

This seems to be a sturdy swing, largely as promised. I was pleased with the stain color and the ease of putting it together. There were adequate parts to assemble it, without there being a bunch of different types of hardware. One thing I do not like is the quality of the sealant. The clear coat is uneven, and some parts did not get clear coat at all. I will have to go back and redo that myself. Luckily, it’s hanging in an enclosed porch.

Swing is very nice and sturdy. I love it. Very easy to assemble.

Our swing arrived on time and was packaged extremely well. Assembly was a breeze. The wood and chains are top quality. Drink holders are removable, if like me, you don’t have enough space for them. The swing is extremely comfortable even without a cushion. We are very pleased with this swing and this retailer. Would buy another one if only I had the space!

The porch swing we purchased is awesome! It was easy to assemble and hang, the design is classic and the springs make it super comfortable. The cupholders are an added bonus! We added an old loveseat cushion that fits perfectly!

I bought and installed this swing a year ago. It's been absolutely amazing!! Assembly was easy, and then my husband installed it. I did buy a fat cushion to put on it and that made it much more comfortable. I sit on this swing every morning and evening. We installed it tall enough so that I (a shorty) can see over the top of our railing.The swing itself is very sturdy and made of durable wood. I can see this swing lasting a really long time.
