So far so good
These are very nice looking and good-quality steel bottles which I bought as a healthy alternative to plastic bottles. I bought two of them and using them for a few days now, I found that they are leakproof, pretty sturdy and the water temperature stays the same though I didn't put too cold or hot water in them yet. I like these for storing water at home in them but can be a bit heavy for carrying around though. Overall I like these. Recommended.

Fake promises, It rusts, it breaks, Poor quality
Both bottles have got rust on their rim. One of the bottles was dropped on the floor (basic stone floor of our home) and unfortunately, the build quality of the bottle is so poor that the base became uneven and even the covering got cracked.When contacted their customer care, this is how they respond to their customers - "We would like to inform you that we can't proceed your request further because you had receive your order without any damages. Since its month completed we can not give you refund or replacement. "And apparently, i was one of the early adopters of this brand

Failed to deliver on its primary promise
Despite being labeled as insulated, it does not keep water hot for even a few hours. After just 2-3 hours, my once-hot water was lukewarm, and by the end of the day, it was completely cold.
