Magnifying Glass with Light,3X & 45X High Magnification,Magnifier Glass with 3 LED & 1 UV Light for Reading,Macular Degeneration,Jewelry,Coins,Inspection

I bought this as a (non) gag gift for a 60th birthday. Very useful but a jab at his age. Of course I had to try it out first and it delivers as promised. I was worried when I batteries didn't seat tightly but the compartment cover held them securely. The LED is nice and white but not overly bright. I'm not sure what the blue light is for - night mode maybe? The magnification is just right from my pov. I'm going to get one for myself to read package instructions and threading a needle. Very handy to have.

Macular Degeneration is such a challenge. With this magnifier, I can see small print, see to thread a needle and see other things that have become hard for me to do. I'm glad I bought it.

Plastic cover I used, also I found out if you have a few things that you keep in a box you have to make the light button doesn’t touch anything cause the light will stay on all night!A case would be the best way.

Now this is the magnifying glass of all magnifying glasses. Sturdy, easy to handle and love the fact that it has an led light as well. Great product and a kust have. Will be ordering at least 2 more.

The only thing I would change on this magnifying glass is the color (I wish it were black on black). Oh yeah.. and that the little 45x is upside-down and unusable as far as i can figure out. I might be doing it wrong, but I can't figure out how to make that little area work.But the main area works wonderfully, is perfectly lit, and even has an option to use a softer blue light if the white is too harsh for whatever you are looking at. This mag glass is a great size and good hand weight.I am very pleased with my purchase (despite the two little issues), and feel the price was right for what I received.Thank you for the clearer view!!!
