I actually have used them on my knees as well as the original usage, hands and feet. I may use them on my back if I get a back ache.

I have high arches and a wide foot, the booties are easy to slip on, and wrap the entire foot in coldness. MUCH better than the slipper style where your foot is sandwiched between two ice packs.The gloves are great too, ALSO way better than the other style where your hand is sandwiched between ice packs...

These therapy socks so made very well and they froze up fast and do not get hard. They helped relieve the pain a bit. I just find them too bulky and uncomfortable to wear.

Did not stay cold even when put in good cooler.

I bought these to keep my fingers and toes cold during chemotherapy infusions. The boots are excellent! I press all the gel up into the toes and my toes stay cold for the entire hour. The gloves, though, after my finger tips get extremely cold, so cold they hurt, all of a sudden they feel warm and within 15-20 minutes the gloves do nothing to keep my fingers cold. These two items are of quite different cooling capacity. I’d recommend just buying the boots. The nurses at my cancer center have seen a lot of icing accessories brought in by patients and they commented that the boots are the best they’ve encountered as the easiest to put on and take off. And they work!

Perfect fit for mittens and booties. Easy on/off and the perfect temperature. Very pleased.

Bought two sets for use during my mom's chemo treatment...I freeze them ahead of time and swap out halfway through...so far no neuropathy. But definitely need someone else with her because no dexterity in these obviously
