I never write reviews, but I had to for this product - I’m genuinely so happy with my purchase!Fit:This mask is incredibly comfortable and so thoughtfully designed. You can tell every detail was considered. I’ve used the OmniLux mask before (the men's version, shared with my bf) and really disliked having to deal with two velcro straps that constantly stuck to my hair. The Hime Sama mask is completely different - it uses a flat strap that sits on top of your head and adjusts both vertically and horizontally without velcro. So smart. You only have to adjust it once to your head shape, instead of messing with it every time, which drove me crazy with the OmniLux. There's also an adjustable chin piece that keeps the mask lifted off your skin. My old mask sat directly on my face, which made my skin warm and kinda sweaty (not ideal for acne-prone skin). This one doesn’t touch my skin at all, so I barely have to clean it.Also, the rubber(?) shielding around the eye area is amazing - I can actually see while wearing it without any vision tinting, and the light doesn’t bother my eyes at all. Every element is just so well done.Why that matters:If a mask is annoying to put on, hard to adjust, or messes with your vision, you just won’t use it. That was my experience with the OmniLux. I never looked forward to using it and kept skipping sessions. It was also really floppy and hard to store whereas this one fits really well in the box it came in and in the travel pouch. I look forward to putting it on which means I actually use it consistently.Functionality:It comes with two extremely detailed manuals that explain the science behind LED masks, including the research, the specific irradiance levels needed for real results, and everything you'd want to verify it's not a gimmick. With so many fraudulent LED products out there, this gave me real peace of mind. (Also it was tested in Korea and I absolutely trust K Beauty scientists)But best of all, the results:I have really oily skin and had (!!) deep nasolabial folds, which showed up early in my 20s and stuck around into my 30s. After just 10 days of daily use (Red 10 every night, Blue 10 a couple mornings a week), I’m seeing a visible difference in my nasolabial folds - even my boyfriend noticed!To be fair, I also started doing light gua sha/facial massage around the same time, so the results could be working together but I’m 100% confident the mask is playing a big role. My skin tone looks more even, redness is reduced, and oiliness has started to improve too. I love that this has blue light and both red and infrared light. I feel like I'm getting 2 products in one which is a wonderful value.I’m honestly so excited about this product. It’s worth every penny and being able to use my FSA made it feel practically free (girl math, I know). I’m ordering one for my mom for Mother’s Day and recommend it to anyone even slightly curious!All that being said, the only cons I can think of are that 1. your mouth is covered by the mask so it can feel a bit claustrophobic (the mask doesn't touch your mouth at all though so you can still speak through it) and 2. the remote is not attached to the mask so it can be easy to lose if you don't keep it in the same place - you do need the remote to cycle through the light options BUT I think this has actually changed in the newer versions and you can select the setting from the button on the mask directly. Still so very worth it - buy this mask!

Update: May 30, 2025I have to share an update because I’m honestly blown away by how this company turned things around for me. After my mask broke, I was so frustrated and let down, but then customer support reached out by email. They didn’t just offer a replacement—they sent me a free upgraded model, the Miracle ACE, and covered the shipping, no questions asked. They didn’t even make me send the old one back, which I had thrown away in frustration. I was skeptical after my first experience, but their effort to make this right really hit me. I’m actually excited to try the new one with its extra features, and I feel like they truly listened and cared about me as a customer. Huge thanks to Cathy and the customer service team for restoring my faith in them!_____The mask literally broke after one monthI pressed the button and I hear a beepThe remote is working because I see the different options on the remoteBut then the mask does not answer the remote and stays turned offIt’s incredible that I can spend so much on a mask and it just breaks after a one monthAnd the customer service was useless. They refuse to take my mask back or give me anyway to reset or ways to fix it.The quality of this product is probably extremely bad. I feel like something broke internally maybe some wire

Update: the company fully refunded my money and provided options like gift cards and a replacement mask. Although the mask isn’t for me, they’re a great company who really tries to retain the customer or make it right!Seems like it should work well but I CANNOT breathe in it without the mouth hole. I gave it as long as I could but I cannot keep this. It’s also very top heavy and uncomfortable. Unfortunately it is being returned

**UPDATE**The seller reached out to offer a couple different solution options - including a replacement mask - to make the situation right. Because they were so proactive, and because the mask was perfectly fine before it stopped charging, I’m changing my rating. Thanks!This is absolute garbage.It worked until about a week after the return window closed and then stopped holding a charge. I mean it won’t even charge enough to make it through one 10-minute cycle. Plus as others noted the light doesn’t even touch problem areas. I worked around that annoyance by taking the eye part off, using tanning goggles, and then turning the mask upside down - really not ideal but I thought I’d make it work.Now that it doesn’t even turn on, it’s become a complete waste of money. The highly-rated masks from recognizable brands are more expensive but I assume they actually last more than 6 weeks.

I’ve been using this for about a month now, each night before I go to bed. The quality is very good, the fit is just right when you find it, and it was a great deal for red light therapy. It as other modes, but I’ve been exclusively been using just the red light (the 2nd setting). I only have to charge it about every two weeks. Comes with a remote and bag. Reach out to the company via WhatsApp and they’ve extending my warranty to two years.

i am a 65 year old that always takes care of my skin. I was considering going to a spa to have a facial treatment but I could not justify the cost. i would want to have a couple facials a month at least. after research i realized the women i saw coming out from the treatments were getting "red light" treatments so i researched and found this mask for the cost of ONE SPA visit. I love having this in my home to use at my convenance. This mask is amazing and so easy to use. It shuts off automatically at 10 minutes so no worry about timing. you have 8 lights to choose from. right now i am using the red but am eager to get into the other features as well. my daughter loves it as well. i don't feel that i have been using it long enough but i do feel as though my skin is looking healthier. i feel better!!! Love this mask!
