I love these ice packs you don't have to open up a folder to put part of the ice pack in, it's all in one I do have other hot packs that I'd rather use for heat I don't even want to try and use this as a heat pack it might be okay but I'm not willing to ruin it and I did buy two so if I forgot to put the first one in to get it cold I have the spare

I recently purchased the Maginno Reusable Hip Ice Pack for my recovery after hip replacement surgery, and it has been a great help. The ice pack is large enough to cover the hip area comfortably, and the adjustable straps ensure a secure fit. I appreciate how easy it is to freeze and reuse, making it convenient for daily use. The gel stays cold for a reasonable amount of time, providing soothing relief to both my hip flexor pain and the surgical site. The only downside is that it could be a bit more flexible when frozen, but overall, it's a solid product for post-surgery recovery. I'd definitely recommend it to others in need of targeted cold therapy.

I had double hip replacement surgery, and this is perfect! It's flexible and wraps around my hip in either direction, one side is fabric like, so it doesn't slip. It stays cold long enough for me to ice both hips several times, and has no possibility of leaking on my bedding. I'm very satisfied, and highly recommend.

I just had my hip replaced and was having trouble keeping ice on it. Nothing was able to wrap around and stay in place. This does work, but it took a while to get it hooked up. Once it was on it did a good job and stayed cold for a pretty long time. It does stay in place once you figure out how to get the straps on.

Perfect for your hip! The traps keep it in place so you can even be icing while doing other things. Also, this ices all areas of the hip at once, which, is much better than moving a normal ice pack every 15 minutes.
