This is what I needed. It was a little lighter than I needed, but otherwise perfect for my project.

Waterproof fairy dresses
I haven't sewn them yet, but I bought these fabrics to use for outdoor fairy dresses. The fabric is waterproof. I hope this idea pans out. I did not want to Mod Podge every piece of fabric. I did do a test sewing and gluing pieces together. So, both held up nicely. Fingers crossed.
