A game changer product!
Our mom has PLS which means in her case, that her lower legs will stop working and now she has a hard time lifting them up even over the little shower pan so she is on a walker very slowly, but now mostly going into a power chair. This is super sturdy and solid--way better than the first tippy shower chair we got for her. She's only 120lbs and we love how easily this slides her right to the shower, and she can do it herself and shower with some privacy now. Also there is a soap holder and a little clip to hold the shower handle which we did not notice until we assembled it, so those are a very useful bonus. Also, the seat back and the handles are very solid. If she's leaning on it while she transfers you don't ever feel the thing is going to fall over. Our smaller shower chair seems so dangerous in comparison. Happy with this product. Easy to build too.

Sturdy and functional
This chair made it much easier for my mom to take showers. She’s no longer afraid of falling trying to get in and out but can securely sit and be slid in.

Sizing is wrong in listing
I ordered this for my mother with mobility issues. I need a smaller size since my bathroom is pretty small. The width in the listing is 31" when in reality it's 40-41" which was too big for my purposes. It seems sturdy for those with mobility problems, but we had to return it. It was pretty easy to assemble.

Works well.
Game changer for us. Male family member recently experiencing limited use of hands and legs. Easy to assemble. Stable safe way to get the soothing benefits of a shower. Family commented on feeling safe (male, 6 ft., 170 lbs). The seat does not have an opening for washing buttocks. We were not looking for a shower chair with such an opening. Soap dish handy. Arrived on time in new unused condition.

Slide into, not step into, shower
I liked the sturdiness of this product, and the function it seeks to provide. We are using it to get into and out of a shower for my 97 year old mother. I wish the base could telescope out wider for her as she has to transfer from a wheelchair onto the seat to begin with. If we position it so that the full seat slides into the shower, then when it slides out of the shower, only about 1/2 of the seat is available. This makes it difficult to transfer back and forth to her wheelchair. If the base could telescope out wider, she could have the full seat not only inside the shower but outside as well. As far as the instructions are concerned, you need to made the diagram larger and the print larger. You need to first say that all parts are numbered (I didn't realize this until I was half way finished). You need to make the print bold and larger. You also do not picture the slip resistant legs on your diagram and have just once sentence somewhere else that says to put them on the side that will be in the shower/tub. This should have been mentioned in the leg assembly step.
