Good quality, light brightness and easy to install but clamp is not included in the box

First I got the product with something inside shaking. I requested for a replacement and the replacement item also appears to be defective because there is no brightness compared to the first one and the sensor is way of. You should come directly down to get a sensor to sense. What should I do. Now only option is return.

Remote working fine. Brightness is enough for street light. Kept in motion sensor mode. Better to sell bend pipe along with. Doesn't mind to pay extra for pipe.
